Azzie

Azzie is a character created by me. Ce is the third character in my OC canon.

My memories of Azzie's creation are faint, but I believe ce was created out of boredom, when I was doodling shapes and ended up with a fish-like character. Azzie's design has been mostly consistent since cir creation; the most major change I ever made was removing the whitespace that originally existed between cir arms, body, and tailfin.

Azzie uses a custom set of neopronouns of my own creation, shown in the second table on the right. Using regular he/him pronouns for Azzie is acceptable, but not preferred. (This is also where I would like to place a casual disclaimer that I am related to an English teacher and therefore have the free ability to abuse the English language to my liking.)

Azzie as ce is depicted was designed by myself.

About this character

Azzie is a uranoid, a custom species created by me that is present in Auro. Ce exhibits several common traits of the species, including the bluish hue for which the species is named. Ce is capable of passive levitation, and appears to "swim" through the air while in motion. Ce resides in Pennsylvania with Wren, Delphine, and Lina.

Azzie's personality is generally perceived as annoying or reckless. Despite having a human level of sapience - something most uranoids lack - ce lacks a sense of danger and occasionally finds cirself in situations which would be harmful to an ordinary human. Azzie gets into frequent spats with Wren due to cir apparent social cluelessness; however, the two of them do respect each other, and Wren views Azzie as a friend and housemate, rather than as a talking pet.

Azzie's design is among the simplest in my character canon, being composed of only a few distinct shapes. Cir head is roughly spherical, with an ambient wobble; said wobble is exaggerated when Azzie speaks, as ce has no actual mouth. Ce has no neck, but cir head and body are naturally anchored to each other at a consistent spacing. Cir arms and tail end in fin-like appendages that evoke the vague shape of a fish.

Character lore

Most of Azzie's early life is unelaborated on. The first known event in cir timeline is meeting Lina shortly before they became Wren's first housemate; Azzie was not formally introduced to Wren until about five months later.
